What is EFT Tapping and How it works?

EFT tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is an alternative therapy that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology. It involves tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a negative emotion or physical symptom.
