I had a few things I have learnt while I was visinting home last Christmas... :)
One of the many things was sauerkraut...
Sauerkraut has many health benefits:

I know it's not my usual post, but the last few weeks I have realised how important to have a healthy body to have a healthy mind...
I had many energy shifts and breakthroughs lately and never felt mentally so great in my life, but my body hasn't been quite right in the last two weeks and doesn't matter how great I felt menatally the more days I was unwell physically, the more it took away from the spark I had...
So looking after your body is just as important to look after your mind and vice versa...
